Fonddoux Holiday Plantation
Fonddoux Holiday Plantation is one of the last remaining working cocoa plantations in the world and is situated within the world heritage site of Soufriere in St.Lucia. Fonddoux was voted number 2 0f 5 plantation retreats in the world by the Guardian Travel newspaper in April 2008 and is a member of the Caribbean Hotel Association (CTO).
